Zero RB Playbook: Who Will Be 2022’s Devin Singletary?

D’Onta Foreman got Zero RB teams off to a good start in Week 10 with a 19-point performance on 31 carries. This isn’t the first or last time we’ll mention it, but Foreman is quite a load to bring down as a 230-pound back with 4.4 speed.

That size/athleticism combo gives Foreman a 98th percentile Freak Score, and he lived up to that label in a driving rain on Thursday night.

Who Will Be the 2022 Fantasy Playoff Stars?

Last year at this point, Devin Singletary was RB39, Sony Michel was RB56, and Rashaad Penny had scored 2.4 points in three appearances. They combined for 179.7 points in the fantasy playoffs and finished as the co-RB1 and RB5 in that span. Could we have a similar dynamic this season?

I’ll look for those backs in this article, but Ben Gretch and I performed a slightly different exercise on Stealing Bananas this week. We projected the first two rounds of 2023 fantasy drafts and forecast several big RB breakouts down the stretch.

I had only two RBs in the first six picks, but six total in Round 1. Can young stars prove themselves enough down the stretch to claw into this group?
