In 2023, De’Von Achane was taken with the 84th pick of the NFL draft and went on to blow the lid off fantasy leagues in Weeks 2 through 4. Only Christian McCaffrey scored more fantasy points during that stretch. Even though Achane only appeared in three more games before the fantasy playoffs, his combination of spike-week brilliance and lowly ADP led to a 29% advance rate.

Another inexpensive rookie is set to put on a similar show in 2025, and he’s not a back I profiled in Tuesday’s 15 Backs You Must Draft Now.
