Kevin Szafraniec examines the 2025 ADP landscape and highlights players at each position who can be selected in the final round of drafts and have the potential to become weekly starters in 2025 redraft lineups.
There is no feeling quite like hitting on a player in the late rounds who ends up becoming a staple in your weekly starting lineup. Given that redraft leagues offer the added benefit of waivers, it makes sense that we should be swinging for the fences with our final picks in these leagues. In fact, I may argue that aiming for pure upside should be the only way to use your final selections in a redraft league.
After detailing the players I am refusing to add to my 2025 redraft rosters earlier in the week, now it is time to switch gears and outline the players I will undoubtedly find myself overweight on as I look for league-winning picks in the final rounds of my season-long leagues. As the basis for this exercise, I used ADP data from the past two weeks of the FFPC’s Main Event and Big Gorilla contests, limiting myself to players with ADPs past pick 200.
Even though FFPC drafts consist of 20 rounds and 240 picks, the reasoning behind using this ADP window is that I will generally wait until the final two rounds to pick my kicker and defense, essentially narrowing down the draft to 216 picks for skill position players. This also makes the players listed more realistic selections in home league drafts, which generally consist of 15-16 rounds.
