Kevin Szafraniec breaks down the biggest fantasy headlines from Week 2 of the NFL season with the help of RotoViz’s suite of industry-leading tools.
Saying that teams around the NFL were able to shake off the rust in Week 2 may be the understatement of the year. During Sunday’s early slate, the lowest combined point total was 40 between the Bills and the Jets. Six games went over 50 points, including two that eclipsed 70 points. Three teams — Detroit, Dallas, and Baltimore — scored 40 or more points on their own, while six more hit at least 30. While late games that came after did not hit the same levels of scoring, the Broncos and Colts combined to score 57 points while delivering a walk-off win.
Heading into Monday night’s double-header, 30 players have scored 20.0 PPR points or more. Unsurprisingly, quarterbacks (13) lead the charge, followed by wide receivers (10), running backs (six), and tight ends (one).
Are these performances just the tip of the iceberg in what could be a high-scoring 2025? Let’s jump into the Monday Review tool and find out!
