Crafting entries for the FFPC Playoff contest is one of my favorite thought experiments each year. The contest has $200 and $35 entry levels with $500,000 and $100,000 grand prizes. It’s a fun way to put some of those redraft, best ball, and dynasty winnings into action and roll up some extra cash.

The contest requires you to select one player from each NFL playoff team to fill this lineup: 1-QB, 2-RB, 2-WR, 1-TE, 4-Flex, 1-DST, 1 PK. You’ll avoid two teams entirely.

Blair Andrews is going to publish a comprehensive RotoViz strategy guide for the FFPC Playoff contest on Friday, but in this exercise I’ll be using our matchup tools and more to provide contrarian options for winning $500,000.
