The Bears Are Surrounding Their Next Quarterback with Veteran Receivers, But What Is Keenan Allen’s Fantasy Impact in Chicago?

The Chicago Bears have acquired Keenan Allen from the Los Angeles Chargers for a fourth-round pick (110th overall) in this year’s draft.

For the second year in a row, the Chicago Bears are at the forefront of the NFL offseason. Choosing to stack future assets by passing on 2023’s crop of rookie QBs is looking like a smart move (especially if they had Bryce Young rated as their top QB), with the Bears now in prime position to draft Caleb Williams with the first-overall pick in the upcoming draft. Chicago wasted no time adding new weapons to surround their potential franchise QB with when they agreed to terms with RB D’Andre Swift on the first day of legal tampering. The acquisition of Allen followed a few days later, as the Chargers chose to trade away their top receiver after he refused to take a pay cut. Things are shaping up nicely for the Bears to turn things around quickly, but will a boost in the reality standings help fantasy rosters loaded with Bears playmakers win as well?
