Last week featured almost entirely bad news on the injury front, particularly in the offensive trenches.
The Bills were the only team in the league during Week 16 with five OL starters in the lineup who’ve played together since last season and qualify as incumbents. This continuity has catalyzed James Cook’s rushing title campaign, along with him just being an awesome running back.
Disruptions to continuity have been far more common. The Colts, Seahawks, Packers, Panthers, and Commanders all lost their franchise tackle’s services for last week. Fortunately, some of these OTs stand a shot of returning in Week 17.
Let’s survey offensive line continuity changes across the league and their fantasy impact.
Who’s losing and returning fixtures on the starting OL?
One offensive line gained continuity last week, while eight units lost continuity heading into their contests.
