Anthony Amico – Delanie Walker is projected by FantasyLabs to have ownership between two and four percent. He has received at least eight targets in four of his last five games and will be facing a Colts defense 26th in Football Outsiders DVOA against TEs. Indianapolis is also inside the top 12 in points allowed to the TE.
Blair Andrews – Demaryius Thomas has the seventh-highest projected ceiling and the fifth-highest projected Plus/Minus on FantasyLabs. However, he costs only $5,700 and is projected to draw below four percent ownership. Paxton Lynch has to throw to somebody.
Colm Kelly – Corey Davis: As you see from my selections, I’m excited by this Titans offensive opportunity. I’ve noticed Rishard Matthews has been get hyped a lot, and I think that will bump his ownership. To pivot, I’m going with Davis, who has had more targets than Matthews in the past two weeks. The Colts pass defense allows the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing receivers. However, they have sold out to stop opposing No. 1 WRs – that attention should go Matthews way. On FantasyLabs, he has the highest ceiling of the Titans WRs.
Dave Caban – Marqise Lee is projected to score a point more than his implied total and carries a Plus/Minus of 10 points, per FantasyLabs. Given his bargain rating of 91 percent, he’s a value play with significant upside.
Devin McIntyre – Despite scoring TDs in three of the last four weeks and averaging over five targets per game in that span, Julius Thomas is at near minimum salary and has the highest projected points per dollar according to FantasyLabs.
Drew Heinl – DeMarco Murray is a guy you can get at low ownership, according to FantasyLabs, in a great matchup. The Titans are favored against the Colts, who have given up a lot of points to running backs. Murray put up 19 DK points in their previous matchup this year.
George Fitopoulos – T.Y. Hilton has been a popular play recently, but mostly because of his insanely low salary. This week he’s $6,700 so he might go a little overlooked, but by using the FantasyLabs “Trends” tool we can see just how great Hilton is at home. Over his career, he’s posted a +5.13 Plus/Minus with a 59 percent consistency rating when at home and under $7K salary.
Hasan Rahim – Russell Wilson has one of the highest QB ceilings. Given his 84 percent bargain rating and positive 2.7 Plus/Minus rating per FantasyLabs, he should be featured in your lineup.
Heith Krueger – Facing a poor Raiders rush defense, Devontae Booker looks poised to be a great GPP play. After seeing an increased touch count the week prior, fellow running back C.J. Anderson fumbling in a key moment, and an inexperienced quarterback taking over the offense, Booker could easily see 20 touches at an expected ownership percentage of two to four percent by FantasyLabs.
Jacob Rickrode – Players coming off a bye week are always intriguing contrarian plays. FantasyLabs projects both Cam Newton and Greg Olsen to be low owned in a decent matchup.
Joe Paeno – Corey Coleman garnered 11 targets in his first game back and will only cost you $4,300. FantasyLabs has him at an above-average 52.88 Bargain Rating for opportunity alone. However, if he catches a bomb, then he should crush value.
John Lapinski – With five pro trends on FantasyLabs and a projected ownership of under five percent, Booker looks like a great bargain this week. With the new offensive coordinator already saying he wants to get Booker more touches, he’s a cheap enough play to see if that comes to fruition.
Josh ADHD – Carson Wentz at under four percent projected ownership is very intriguing. He plays at home against a relatively tough defense, but we’ve seen Wentz excel in tough situations already this season. Stacking him with Alshon Jeffery just feels logical this week.
Matt Wispe – According to the FantasyLabs Models tool, the Kansas City defense allows the highest average plus/minus to opposing WRs on the slate. With that in mind, and with Tyrod Taylor back under center, I’m starting Zay Jones, who has posted a positive Plus/Minus in two of his last three games. Jones should be relatively low-owned because of his horrific start to his career, and this could be the time to get him in a positive matchup.
Pat James – Kareem Hunt is in the fantasy dog house as he was the highly owned and put up a dud, but the Bills run defense has been terrible since losing Marcell Dareus. According to FantasyLabs, Hunt projects for the highest ceiling among all RBs against a Bills team that has allowed the most points above expectation to RBs on average.
RotoDoc – Cam Newton is projected at 2-4 percent ownership, and faces a Jets team that allows the most percentage of passing points through the air according to RotoViz Senior Fantasy Analyst Ben Gretch’s Deconstructing the Vegas Betting Lines article at FantasyLabs. His five pro trends are second-most among all QBs on the main slate.
Ryan Bobbitt – Booker’s snaps and usage are increasing and he has an 89 percent bargain rating. He’s ranked eighth in Bales’ model and should be a low owned GPP option.
Scott Smith – The Patriots are favored by 17.5, which bodes well for their rushing attack. Dion Lewis has been the lead back, but Rex Burkhead has been getting his fair share of work. Look for the New England rushers to be in a nice position this weekend.
