Are you looking for the ages of Laquon Treadwell, Ezekiel Elliott and other top prospects for the 2016 NFL Draft? If so, you’ve come to the right place.
The 2015 edition of this resource was tremendously well received, so I thought it might be helpful to do it again this year. The following GoogleDoc contains my research on prospect ages for fantasy-relevant positions in the upcoming draft. Almost all of these are taken from official college websites, but a few were found by other means.1
To be clear, age doesn’t mean players are better or worse; it’s just something to consider. For a little more explanation, check out this article on Keyshawn Johnson and why I don’t hate old wide receivers.
In the NFL, player ages are expressed as whole numbers (for example “21”) and are based on the players age on the last day of that season-year (Dec. 31). Below I’ve carried them out to one decimal (for example “21.4”), but typically age is just expressed as a whole number. The numbers below represent age in final college season. Anything highlighted in grey is tentative. If you have new information to add, see an error, or want me to include additional prospects, please contact me via Twitter @TheCFX.
If you use this resource to include prospect age in one of your own articles, which I hope you do, please link back to this page so more people can find this resource. Deal?
