Looking at the positional scores, it’s easy to see where the tiers begin and end. It’s even easier in a chart:

qbr

I confess that Carson Wentz isn’t a guy I know much about, but he’s in that top tier with Paxton Lynch, Jared Goff, and Connor CookThe second tier begins quite a bit lower, and runs from Jacoby Brissett through Kevin Hogan. Looking at risers and fallers, Lynch passes Goff in this iteration of the RSI. They’re separated by just a point though, so I’m thinking they’ll flip-flop a fair bit until much closer to draft time. Cody Kessler jumps four spots, and Christian Hackenberg fell five.

There’s not much separation between Laquan Treadwell and Corey Coleman at this stage of the scouting season. The top tier is five deep and also includes Michael Thomas, Josh Doctson, and Tyler Boyd.
