Continuing our look back on first year players in 2017, we come to Chicago Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky. There were more than a few eyebrows raised when the Bears traded up to the No. 2 spot to select Trubisky, especially after they paid big money to secure Mike Glennon in free agency. Let’s examine how Trubisky performed as a starter compared to other, similar rookies. I’ll also offer some thoughts as to how I rate his fantasy appeal moving forward.
