New York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard (toe) could get back on the field as soon as Thursdays contest versus Philadelphia, as head coach Joe Judge indicated that Shepards status could be determined during a pre-game workout. Shepard has missed the teams previous four contests with turf toe, with a small window of activation from injured reserve existing before he could potentially return to the field. Having amassed eight receptions for 76 yards in his two appearances this season, Shepards return would put a damper on the fantasy outlook of Darius Slayton and Golden Tate, who would remain appealing plays should Shepard remain out. Check back ahead of Thursday for an update on his status.
