Packers Add Jake Dolegala To QB Room

The Green Bay Packers are signing free-agent quarterback Jake Dolegala to an undisclosed deal on Thursday, according to his agent. Dolegala, who tried out at the team’s mandatory minicamp, will provide some more quarterback depth for Green Bay heading into training camp next month. The Packers now have five signal-callers on the roster, including Dolegala, Jordan Love, Blake Bortles, Kurt Benkert and Aaron Rodgers, who continues to hold out. Dolegala, 24, was with the Cincinnati Bengals in 2019, but he never played in a game. He was on the New England Patriots practice squad last year but was waived after the team selected Mac Jones in the first round. Dolegala has yet to appear in a regular season NFL game.
