Shawn Siegele breaks down all of the biggest dynasty risers, works through blockbuster trades, and examines the current in-season impact of RotoViz dynasty tactics on squads looking to achieve Empire status.
Week 7 was my favorite fantasy week so far in 2025. Scoring exploded. Multiple FFPC dynasty teams went over 200 points, and that Main Event team I referenced a week ago — the one willing to do anything to get Brock Bowers, Jonathan Taylor, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and Cam Skattebo into the playoffs — put up 204.
Week 7 was a differentiator. The Chiefs made their jump in reality, becoming the team I forecast this offseason.
With the right squad — and the right squad could include an out-of-nowhere Oronde Gadsden (if you can call a TE with two gigantic collegiate receiving seasons “out of nowhere”) — you can make up huge gaps quickly. Fourteen teams are going on bye over the next three weeks. We’ll come out of Week 10 in an entirely different world.
Do anything but give up.
