The Chicago Bears agreed to terms with free-agent defensive lineman Angelo Blackson on an undisclosed two-year deal, according to a source. Blackson started nine games for the Arizona Cardinals last season, totaling 24 tackles and 2.5 sacks while playing in all 16 regular season games. The 28-year-old is a talented defender that will join a very strong Bears defensive front. He was a fourth-round pick by the Tennessee Titans in the 2015 draft and spent two years with the Titans before joining the Houston Texans in 2017. Blackson’s signing could be a sign that defensive end Brent Urban, who is also a free agent, is headed elsewhere.
