Drew Rosenhaus, the agent for Virginia Tech cornerback Caleb Farley (back), said that a “bunch of team doctors and trainers” told him that Farley “did well with his physical regarding his back and is still expected to go in the first round” in this month’s NFL draft. Despite the injury, Farley hasn’t seen his draft stock fall. The young defensive back has a chance to be a difference-maker at the next level and can stay in man coverage at all levels of the field. Farley has top-end speed and should be able to hang with the fastest receivers in the league in coverage. He has tremendous speed and agility and could still be a top-10 pick later this month. Farley could develop into a lockdown cornerback for whichever team calls his name.
