New York Giants tight end Evan Engram finished as the TE18 in 2020 despite being targeted 109 times. The 26-year-old was fourth among all tight ends in targets and had 22% of the team’s target share. He hauled in 63 receptions for 654 yards and one touchdown over 16 games last season. The former first-rounder has struggled with injuries, drops and poor blocking throughout his career. Engram is entering the final year of his rookie contract, which has a $6 million salary cap hit. The Giants signed TE Kyle Rudolph and wide receiverKenny Golladay this offseason, cutting into Engram’s target share. Despite the struggles and recent offseason additions, Engram is a borderline TE1 and is worth taking a shot on after the top-10 tight ends are off the draft board.
