The Washington Football Team signed tight endRicky Seals-Jones this offseason to deepen the position behind starterLogan Thomas. There will likely only be three tight ends on the final roster, so two spots are up for grabs between Seals-Jones, rookie John Bates, Deon Yelder, Temarrick Hemingway, Tyrone Swoopesand Sammis Reyes. Seals-Jones will look for a spot on his fourth different team since 2017, previously spending time in Arizona, Cleveland and most recently Kansas City. The 26-year-old saw the field in just two games this past season, while being targeted just one time. Even if Seals-Jones were to slot in as the TE2 on the depth chart, he should not be rostered in fantasy. A lot will need to unfold for him to possess any sort of fantasy relevance, and it starts with Thomas missing some time this season.
