Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams (shoulder) is expected to miss two to four weeks with a shoulder injury, according to an informed source. Williams was initially listed as week-to-week with his shoulder sprain. It means that the big-bodied receiver could be forced to sit out the start of the regular season. It’s bad news for a Chargers receiving corps without much depth, as Williams’ injury could force rookies Joe Reed and K.J. Hill into meaningful playing time to begin the season. The 25-year-old Williams excels in the red zone and on contested catches, but his fantasy stock was already on the decline with Tyrod Taylor throwing him passes instead of Philip Rivers.
