The Lions’ offense has offered a safe harbor for fantasy managers in recent years. Detroit hasn’t fallen out of the top five in total offense or scoring since 2021. During that time, the Lions’ offense has featured difference-makers at every skill position, making Detroit players an integral part of many a championship roster.
However, a case could be made that the cracks were starting to show last season, as the Lions missed the playoffs one year after being the NFC’s top seed. After taking a step back in 2025, the team made several changes this offseason, including hiring a new offensive coordinator and overhauling their offensive line.
Will the changes in Detroit be enough for the Lions to reclaim their spot atop the NFC in 2026, or are we witnessing the beginning of the end for one of the league’s most electrifying offenses?
