For the majority of people, the fantasy football season is over. The title has been awarded, the consolation bowls begrudgingly fought over, and the excuses for failure have been coming thick and fast. Congratulations to the winners, commiserations to the runners up, and up your game in 2021 everyone else.

I have a problem that prevents me from stopping doing things when I should. I will get it looked into during the offseason. But I just couldn’t let Week 17 go by without offering some thoughts on tight ends who may have big weeks in the regular-season finale. Obviously, the more well-adjusted fantasy players will not be playing title games in Week 17. But there are still 16 games left to play, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy one last fling with DFS.

So, for the final time in 2020, I present my thoughts on TEs who could go big this week.

Lead Writer, soft spot for the tight end position. Will never stop loving Duke Johnson.

What About Bob (Tonyan)? The Tight End Report Week 4

What a week for the tight ends Week 3 was! Ten different TEs found the end zone last week (Evan Engram should have added to this list if he could just keep his feet down…), with Mark Andrews and Jelani Woods enjoying it so much they did it twice. Seven different TEs amassed 50 or more receiving yards, with another eight finishing between 40 and…...

The Rise of the Conk Daddy: The Tight End Report Week 3

Another week is in the books, and just like that, we’re heading into Week 3 of the NFL season. Been a wild ride so far, right? The tight end position is its usual twisted mess, but there are a few stars emerging ahead of the pack. Below you can see all the key stats from the TE spot for the last week. Then, because we’re…...

Forever and Everett: The Tight End Report Week 2

Football happened. Week 1 is in the books. Half of the fantasy football-playing population hates their teams and their choices leading up to the start of the games. The other half are positively cockahoop and feel untouchable. But the race is long and is by no means already run. Tight end was, as usual, a sight to behold in fantasy terms. We saw Travis Kelce…...
