Forever and Everett: The Tight End Report Week 2

Football happened. Week 1 is in the books. Half of the fantasy football-playing population hates their teams and their choices leading up to the start of the games. The other half are positively cockahoop and feel untouchable. But the race is long and is by no means already run.

Tight end was, as usual, a sight to behold in fantasy terms. We saw Travis Kelce remind the world that he is still the top dog in KC. Taysom Hill continues to baffle and tease fantasy managers as we cannot adequately explain his usage. O.J. Howard returned from the wilderness to post a stat line that saw him finish as the overall TE2 despite seeing just two targets. In an uncertain world, it’s nice to rely on the inevitable uncertainty of fantasy sports’ most toxic spot.

Below you will see all the key production stats from the TE spot for this past week. Also, because we’re just that kind of generous around these parts, we shall offer three viable options to plug in and play this week if you find yourself in need of help. I’m looking at you, George Kittle managers. These players are available in over 50% of ESPN leagues. So there’s a good chance you can secure them if you move quickly enough.

Let’s get into it.

Neil Dutton

Lead Writer, soft spot for the tight end position. Will never stop loving Duke Johnson.

Back to Cardio Cade: Week 11 Tight End Streamers

We lost another good one in Week 10, with Dalton Kincaid picking up a hamstring injury that leaves him “week to week”. Ah, the joys of playing fantasy football. So maybe you’re a Kincaid manager and you need a helping hand filling your tight end spot this week. Or perhaps you need help filling that spot period. Here are three players that you can consider…...

For the Love(land) of the Game: Week 10 Tight End Streamers

We’re onto Week 10 here. The usual streaming crowd has been joined by Tucker Kraft managers, who saw their stud go down with an ACL injury in the Packers’ loss to the Panthers. How do you replace a player like Kraft? You don’t, of course. But you can certainly try. Here are three players that you can consider slotting into your lineups to help you…...

Fant-asy Football Fun and Games: Week 9 Tight End Streamers

Anyone else a little underwhelmed by this year’s National Tight Ends Day? It wasn’t great. These numbers are nothing worth screaming about. They’re not awful, either. If you started these players, you might be a little bit pleased with things at present. I don’t know about you, but I was hoping for more. But enough of last week. We’re onto Week 9 here, people. Here…...
