Dynasty Superflex Rankings: As Contenders Start to Jockey for Playoff Byes, Trade Opportunities Arise

Shawn Siegele breaks down the big dynasty moves at running back and helps position your roster for a playoff push.

We offer two versions of our dynasty rankings – one with SF that can be used for formats like the RotoViz TriFlex leagues at the FFPC, and one with for more traditional formats. I’m updating these on an alternating week basis, and since they track each other closely other than the obvious value differences at QB, you can compare the sets to view recent moves.

The rankings include tiers that reflect our trade values. In today’s look at the RB position, I’ll be focusing on the most important moves, either players who have jumped a tier or moved from the bottom of a tier to the top.

Over the last handful of years, our evidence-based approach to prospect evaluation and dynasty tactics has paid off in a big way at the RB position, encouraging you to pay whatever it took to acquire stars like Christian McCaffrey and Jonathan Taylor (when they weren’t the clear 1.01 in their classes), while urging a more circumspect approach to Najee Harris. Can we keep the streak going?

Zero RB Universe: Week 14 – Chuba Hubbard Emerges, But Two of Our Favorites Go Down Early

Well, that didn’t last long. It took Joe Mixon only a handful of snaps to blow by the 12-point threshold and send our Main Event squad to defeat. Mixon’s well-rounded effort produced easily his best game of the season. He managed the EP double-double, generated 5.7 total FPOE, and impressed with four evaded tackles on his six receptions. Mixon led the position group in both…...

Not a Literal Connection: Sam LaPorta and Trey McBride Keep Breaking the Flex Position

But first we’ll preview Monday night with an emphasis on how the RotoViz tools can help you work through tough start/sit decisions…...

Zero RB Universe: Week 13 – Sculpting Our Rosters for the Playoffs

Shawn Siegele looks at every NFL roster and explains where you need to stash and where you need to cut. Monday Night Football didn’t go as well for the MEs as I had hoped. Blair and I lost a team in the final moments, but the blow was softened somewhat by also losing Jonathan Taylor to injury on Tuesday. We wouldn’t have had the Round…...
