Once the NFL Draft concludes each year, we have a fairly clear picture of how each team’s roster will shape up for the upcoming season. Sometimes the pieces come together perfectly; other times, the draft complicates an already convoluted situation.
With so much attention paid to the incoming rookies, veterans can often get lost in the shuffle. However, there is a case to be made that they have just as much skin in the game during the draft as the incoming rookie class.
