2017 NFL Draft Reaction: Cooper Kupp Goes to the Los Angeles Rams

Cooper Kupp was drafted 69th overall by the Los Angeles Rams in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. An uber-productive collegiate receiver, Kupp arrives on a Rams offense that has few veteran options at wide receiver on their current roster.
